Contest Rules and Regulations

1. August 20, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. This is the closing of the “Name Our Condo Contest.” Entries submitted after that will not be eligible. Winners will be publicly announced on August 26, 2010. Winners must be available in person to accept prize.
2. Entrants must be 18 years old or older.
3. Entrants must be a legal resident of Ontario, Canada.
4. Submissions are limited to one name entry per person.
Multiple name entries from the same username or email address
will disqualify entrant.
5. Inappropriate use of language, words and characters will result in disqualification.
6. The 10 names with the highest votes will go on to the final round. During this final round, a panel of judges will select the 1st place winner (the $5,000 prize). Both 2nd and 3rd place (winners of the Apple iPads) will be the entry names with the highest number of votes.
7. By submitting a name entry, entrants acknowledge his/her name will be used for advertising, public relations, or media related publications to promote the condo project at the corner of The Esplanade and Yonge.
8. By submitting a name, entrants agree to all rules and regulations for the “Name Our Condo Contest.”
9. The $5,000 prize is in Canadian dollars and is not transferable.
10. Once submitted, entries are property of the Contest holders.
